The return-air filter cleaned, the indoor coil chemically cleaned, the drain pan and condensate line flushed, the outdoor coil washed, refrigerant pressures checked and electrical contacts and the capacitor inspected. We also measure the cooling temperature drop across the coil and the running amps. It all goes into a written report with the recommended date for the next visit.
