Frequently asked
Common questions about air conditioning servicing & maintenance
What do the different service types cost?
A single-head split is $189, a three-head multi-head $329 and a ducted system $349, with bundled pricing for properties running multiple units. The quote is fixed upfront.
Is an annual service just a filter clean?
No. Filters are only the start: the visit also covers an indoor coil clean, outdoor condenser wash, drain flush, refrigerant pressure check, electrical check and a written report with photos and recommendations.
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
Annually for most homes. Properties near the beach or backing onto reserves benefit from six-monthly visits, because salt air and leaf litter clog outdoor coils faster.
Does servicing keep my warranty valid?
Yes. Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu all require documented annual servicing to honour their 5-year warranties, and our written records satisfy that.
Do you run maintenance plans for strata or property managers?
Yes. Scheduled visits, one coordinator, a single invoice and an asset register across the portfolio.
