Ducted suits Wetherill Park's 1970s brick veneer homes better than most people expect. The concrete-tiled hip roofs give a workable cavity for a full-size fan coil, the floor plans are simple, usually three or four bedrooms down one side and the living areas across the front, and that layout zones cleanly into a bedroom zone and a living zone.
