Ducted is the natural fit for Moorebank because the housing is so consistent: single-storey 1960s and 70s brick, three or four bedrooms down one side of a hallway, living and kitchen on the other, and a pitched tile roof with a cavity that takes a fan coil and rigid ducting without fuss.
